Morning Sarah. Just saw the job come in — I'm about 20 minutes away and I've got a trap and fresh isolation valves in the van already. Happy to come over now if that works?
Yes please, that would be amazing. I'm home all day so whenever suits. The leak is slow but I'd rather sort it this morning before it gets worse.
Perfect — I'll quote it properly now so you can see it. Fixed £140 including parts and a 12-month guarantee on the workmanship. If anything else downstream needs doing I'll flag it before I touch it.

Hi Sarah. Had a look at the alcove measurements you sent. I can build a set of floating shelves — solid oak, sanded and oiled. £220 all-in.

That sounds reasonable. What thickness are the shelves?
30mm — chunky enough to look substantial but not so heavy they need steel brackets. I can start next Thursday if that works for you.
