Thanks for accepting the quote! Quick question about the wall tiles above the bath — are they original or replacements? Want to make sure I use the right adhesive.
They're the original tiles from when the house was built, about 15 years old. A couple are a bit loose near the taps.
Good to know. I'll bring a stronger adhesive for those. I'll also re-seal around the bath edge while I'm at it — no extra charge.

Hi Aisha, I've had a look at the photos you uploaded. The hot and cold runs both need replacing — the copper is pitted in several places.
That's what I was worried about. How long would the work take? I need to plan around the kids' school runs.
Two days, maybe two and a half. I can start early and finish by 3pm each day so you're not without water overnight.

Morning Thomas. I'm at the fence now — three panels need replacing, not two. The one nearest the gate is rotted at the base too.

Day one done. Walls are prepped, old paper stripped, and I've filled three cracks in the coving. Primer's on — it needs to cure overnight before the topcoat.
Looks so much better already. The colour sample on that test patch is lovely.
Glad you like it. Tomorrow I'll do the first topcoat on the walls and start on the woodwork. Should have it all wrapped up Wednesday afternoon.
Left a few small touch-ups for tomorrow morning. The primer needs to cure fully before the topcoat.

Hi Rafael. Had a look at the photos of your kitchen. Standard 4-burner gas hob install — I'll need to disconnect the old one and connect the new one with a new bayonet fitting.
