Morning Eleanor. Just saw the job come in. I'm about 20 minutes away and I've got a trap and fresh isolation valves in the van already. Happy to come over now if that works?
Yes please, that would be amazing. I'm home all day so whenever suits. The leak is slow but I'd rather sort it this morning before it gets worse.
Perfect, I'll quote it properly now so you can see it. Fixed £140 including parts and a 12-month guarantee on the workmanship. If anything else downstream needs doing I'll flag it before I touch it.
Quote accepted. Eleanor has accepted your quote. £140 is now held at Stripe against the job. It reaches you when Eleanor releases it, or 3 days after the finishing photographs are agreed, unless a dispute is raised.
Accepted. Door is the green one, number 42. I'll put the kettle on.
Before photos uploaded. You uploaded 3 timestamped photos of the work area before starting. These are stored as evidence on the job.
Right, had a look. The trap's corroded through, easy swap. I'll also re-seat the waste fitting while I'm here, no extra charge. Should be about 45 minutes.

Perfect, thank you. Tea's on the side for you.
All done. New trap fitted, waste re-seated, checked for leaks for 10 minutes: bone dry. I've uploaded the after photos to the job.

That looks brilliant, really clean job. Going to release the money now. Thanks Chidi, will definitely leave you a review.
