In their words
What the homeowner wrote
The kitchen mixer has been dripping from the base for about three weeks. It got worse after the cold feed was looked at in the spring, so it may be the washer and it may be the whole cartridge.
I have already bought the replacement tap and it is in the box under the sink. The stopcock is under the stairs and it turns. I will have the cupboard emptied before anyone arrives.

What their words cover Press one that is not covered to ask about it
Nothing written. The homeowner gave a title and a trade and stopped there.
A job with no description is priced from the photographs and the title alone. Asking one question is usually quicker than quoting twice.

- A dispute holds the money where it is If either of you raises one, the money stays at Stripe, paid to nobody, until it is decided on the photographs, the messages and what was agreed. Disputes, in the terms
What trades say
Brilliant work on our bathroom. Very professional, clear communication throughout, and finished on time. Would absolutely use them again.
Emergency boiler call-out. Same-day appointment, diagnosed the fault, and had a replacement fitted within three days. Couldn't ask for better service.
Fixed a leak in our kitchen pipes. Quick response, professional work, and they even advised on preventative maintenance. Top marks.
