Homeowners never pay to hire a tradesperson. A tradesperson pays 5% of each job, taken when the money is released and never more than £500 a job. No lead fees, no credits and no subscription.

For tradespeople
For customers who did not come through Hyyryn: the photo link, and the sealed record a Hyyryn job keeps. Photographs before, during and after, each received and fingerprinted by Hyyryn as it arrives.
A main contractor, a supplier, a customer’s firm. Every morning the Companies House register is read for each, and you are told when something new is true.
What Hyyryn has checked about you, shown where your customers already look: identity, right to work, credentials. It never says more than the checks found.
The Making Tax Digital quarters, as a file for your accountant: what you were paid, and what Hyyryn’s fees came to. Free has a monthly statement.
For landlords and agents
Each plan is sized by the homes you look after and the people who look after them, never by the job. On Agent, each home after 50 is £1 a month.
What Hyyryn checked about each contractor you use, sole traders too: right to work, insurance and trade registrations, with the day each runs out. And the Companies House register, read every morning for each company: every one on Landlord, up to 250 on Agent.
One PDF you can give to a council, a tribunal, a deposit scheme or a tenant: the home’s certificates, every job done there through Hyyryn with its photographs, what was paid and the log, with an index. The original files come with it.
An owner, admins, managers and accounts, each seeing and doing only what they need. On Agent, approval limits for your managers, and a view for each landlord you work for.
What each home has cost, job by job. On Agent, by home and by landlord, as a CSV file and an export to Xero.

5% of each Hyyryn job, taken when the money is released to you, and never more than £500 a job. The same on Free and on Plus.
We take your card through Stripe at the start and take no money for 30 days. Unless you end the plan before then, the price you chose is taken when the 30 days are up (for Plus, £19 a month or £190 a year), and then every month or year until you end it. We email you between 7 and 10 days before that first payment (on a yearly plan, also between 14 and 17 days before), with the date, the amount and how to end the plan. The free 30 days are offered once per account, and once per organisation.
From Manage plan in your settings, or your organisation's page, press Cancel plan. Or tell us in any clear way: an email to support@hyyryn.com is enough. The plan runs to the end of the time you have paid for and then stops, and we email you to confirm the day it ends. There is no minimum term and nothing to ring.
Within 14 days of your first payment after the free month, and of each yearly renewal, you can cancel and have your money back, less the days the plan was running. A yearly Plus plan cancelled 4 days after it renews brings back £187.92 of the £190. Write to support@hyyryn.com; if you have already pressed Cancel plan, an email asking for the refund is enough. The money is back on your card within 14 days.
Your plan carries on while Stripe tries again, and you get an email with a link to update your card. If it still has not gone through after two weeks, the plan ends and you are back on the free plan. There is no late fee and nothing is deleted.
From Hyyryn: when a plan starts, your copy of what you agreed; reminders before payments, between 7 and 10 days before the first payment after the free month and before every sixth monthly payment, and on a yearly plan twice (between 14 and 17 days, and between 7 and 10 days, before the first payment; between 30 and 33 days, and between 7 and 10 days, before each renewal); on the day of the first payment, and of each yearly payment, the 14 days to change your mind; if a payment does not go through; when a plan is set to end, with the day it ends; and when it has ended. From Stripe: a receipt for every payment, and an email if a payment fails.
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every invoice stays in Manage plan. They come from HYPEBOX LTD, are numbered, and show no VAT. For an organisation, its owners see every invoice in Manage plan, and owners, admins and accounts see the recent ones on the organisation's page.
Write to support@hyyryn.com and say which you want. The change applies from your next payment, so you never pay twice for the same time.
Hyyryn is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay. If that changes you will be told before it applies to you.
Every Hyyryn job and its sealed record stays readable on the free plan, and evidence packs already made stay downloadable. What stops is what the plan added: new records for jobs off Hyyryn, watching more companies, the exports.
On Plus you watch up to 10 companies you deal with, such as a main contractor, a supplier or a customer’s firm. Every morning we read the Companies House register for each and tell you when something new is true. A proposal to strike a company off gives at least two months, and anyone it owes can object with their invoices. A winding-up petition is advertised in The Gazette before the hearing, and a court can undo payments a company makes after one is presented, so it is worth knowing before you do more work. Overdue accounts prove nothing on their own, but are a good moment to check your terms before you give more credit.
We only see the register: sole traders are not on it, and court judgments, personal insolvency and insurance are not read. A quiet register does not mean a company is safe. Checking a company is free for everyone, and a homeowner’s own trades are watched for them.
Each plan’s people (one on Landlord Solo, two on Landlord, five on Agent) can be an owner, an admin, a manager or accounts, and each role sees and does only what it needs. Landlord clients, who see only their own homes, and approval limits for your people are part of Agent.
£79 a month covers up to 50 homes. Each home after that is £1 a month: 60 homes is £89, 100 homes is £129. The number follows the homes you have on Hyyryn and changes from your next bill, never part-way through one.
Landlord covers 20 homes. Adding the 21st asks you to move to Agent: write to support@hyyryn.com and we move you from your next payment. The homes you already have stay exactly as they are. On Landlord Solo, adding a 4th home asks you to choose a paid plan.
An organisation on Hyyryn has people with roles: owner, admin, manager, accounts, and for agents, the landlords they work for. Only an owner can start, change or end the plan; admins and accounts can see the recent invoices.
Only the plan is paid for, by its owner. Admins, managers, accounts and the landlords an agent works for pay nothing for being in the organisation.

Plans go on sale only when what they include is built and working. Until then nothing on this page can be bought. The dates are as they stood on ; a date we cannot yet fix is shown as a year, not a day.
