How is it priced?

The figure is the line homeowners compare in the results, so it comes first.

A fixed price One figure. A homeowner can ask for it without messaging you first. Best for work you have done a hundred times and can price from the doorstep. Shown asFrom your price Priced at a visit Some work cannot honestly be priced from a photograph. You book a time, look at it, and give a figure from what is actually there. Shown asPriced at a visit

What is the work?

Write it the way you would explain it on the doorstep. Homeowners are deciding whether this is their job.

What is it called

The first line homeowners read in the results. Say the job, not the trade.

Which trade it is

What a homeowner would search for. It starts as your first trade.

What it covers

Plainly, in the order you do it.

The most useful line What it does not cover

Disputes come from the edge of a job, not the middle, and nobody can agree to an exclusion you never showed them.

Where you will travel

Homeowners see the area before they ask, so you are not quoting jobs you will not drive to.

How long it takes

If you can say. A rough time helps a homeowner plan the day.

Show the work

Photographs of jobs you have finished, not stock. The first one is the picture in the results. You can add them later from What you offer.

Add a photographJPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5MB. Six at most.

Check it, then post it

Read it the way a homeowner will. Nothing goes up until you press Post it, and you can change it or take it down at any time.
