For the work you find yourself, a record that helps you show what you did and when.
- What you did, and whenThe work in your own words and the days it started and finished. The customer's details are kept encrypted, and only you see them.
- Photographs before, during and afterTaken on your phone or sent from a computer, each one received and fingerprinted by Hyyryn as it arrives.
- Notes that are never editedTimes and measurements as you go. A correction is added under the note it corrects.
- Yours to export or deleteEvery original file in one download. Kept 6 years after the job, or 15 for building work, then deleted.

Records for work you find off Hyyryn: what you did and when, your notes, and photographs before, during and after. Each photograph and note is received and fingerprinted by Hyyryn as it arrives, which helps you show what you did and when. Kept for the period you choose, then deleted.

The export is a ZIP: every photograph exactly as it arrived, the notes, the details, and how to check each one against Hyyryn's record.
This takes the customer's name and how to reach them out of the record and out of every earlier version of it. The address stays unless you take it out too. It cannot be undone.
